1. About Our Services

OKC Insurance Brokers is an independent insurance brokerage located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We assist clients in obtaining insurance coverage by connecting them with appropriate insurance carriers. We serve clients in Oklahoma and Texas across a range of insurance products including, but not limited to, auto insurance, landlord insurance, commercial vehicle insurance, contractors insurance, workers’ compensation, and surety bonds.

As an independent insurance broker, we act as an intermediary between you and insurance carriers. We do not underwrite insurance policies, guarantee coverage, or serve as the insurer. All insurance policies are issued by the respective insurance carriers, and all coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of each carrier’s policy.

2. Appointment-Only Service

OKC Insurance Brokers operates by appointment only. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee the issuance of an insurance policy or any specific coverage terms or pricing.

3. No Guarantee of Coverage or Pricing

While we make every effort to find suitable coverage options for our clients, we cannot guarantee that any particular insurance product, rate, or coverage will be available to you. Insurance eligibility, pricing, and availability are determined by individual insurance carriers based on their own underwriting guidelines, and are subject to change without notice.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting a quote, applying for coverage, or communicating with our agency. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of coverage, cancellation of a policy, or denial of a claim by the insurance carrier. OKC Insurance Brokers is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

5. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

The information provided by OKC Insurance Brokers, whether on our website, in consultations, or through any other communication, is intended for general informational purposes only. 14. Bilingual Services

OKC Insurance Brokers offers bilingual services in English and Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Spanish versions of any documents or communications, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Certificates of Insurance – Processing Time Disclaimer

OKC Insurance Brokers does not guarantee the issuance or delivery of Certificates of Insurance (COIs) within any specific timeframe, including within 24 hours of a request. The processing and issuance of certificates of insurance are subject to the requirements, procedures, and processing times of the issuing insurance carrier, and are outside the direct control of OKC Insurance Brokers.

Certificate of insurance requests are processed during normal business hours only. Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day. OKC Insurance Brokers shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, damages, or consequences — including but not limited to loss of contract, project delays, or work stoppages — arising from any delay in the issuance or delivery of a certificate of insurance.

Clients requiring certificates of insurance are strongly encouraged to submit requests as early as possible and to allow a minimum of three (3) to five (5) business days for processing. Expedited requests are handled on a best-efforts basis and do not constitute a guarantee of same-day or next-day delivery.

17. Policy Endorsements – Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation & Primary and Non-Contributory

Certain certificate requests require formal policy endorsements that must be processed directly through the insurance carrier. These endorsements include, but are not limited to:
